In this talk Kay will discuss how creativity can be incorporated visual communication design and service design. Thanks to her international experience, she will also talk about how to create designs that appeal and satisfy different cultures and tastes.

About Kay

Kay is a multidisciplinary designer with a focus on Service and Experience Design. She is familiar with a human centered design approach and the process of creating new service with multiple touchpoints.

 After her design studies in China, Singapore, New York, London, and Tokyo, she joined Designit Tokyo in 2017. She has been involved in various projects with Japanese clients like ANA, Godiva, or Konica Minolta, to support Design Research as well as Service Design.
