AYan is currently a Principal Product Designer at Microsoft. With 8 years of product design experience ranging from multinational Internet giants (Microsoft, Spotify, VMware) to unicorn startups (Nextdoor) and consulting agencies (Boston Consulting Group), she has honed distinct expertise in spearheading growth-oriented projects, shaping product vision and strategy, and innovating in the creation of 0-1 products.

In addition to her passion for design, Yan is also an avid traveler, photographer, and illustrator. Having visited over 30 countries, she worked in Singapore and Paris from 2015 to 2016.
